Portfolio Night 7 Chicago is well on its way to becoming quite the party. Host agency GERTRUDE has been hard at work, locating a venue and recruiting some of the Windy City’s best CDs. But when that night comes, and there are tons of young creatives, CDs and invited guests all under one roof, how are you gonna feed them all?

Quite nicely, apparently.

GERTRUDE has called upon the culinary mastery of Top Chef finalist, Dale Levitski. Dale will be on hand at Portfolio Night 7 Chicago to prepare some eats, serve a few drinks, and to see what happens when 200 ad folks walk into a bar.
