We’re fast approaching the grand finale of Portfolio Night 7 in New York City, so we figured we’d also give you the grand finale of VIDEO Creative Bites with Tham Khai Meng, Ogilvy & Mather’s new Worldwide Creative Director, and one of the main forces behind Ogilvy becoming a Global Partner of this year’s Portfolio Night — which in turn brought PN7 to Beijing, Beirut, Dubai, Melbourne, New York, Sao Paulo and Tunis.

Sorry of the offense and I do agreed with some statements. Good work it depends on which country and culture you are at and what type of clients you are facing. Say, in Malaysia, you don’t need good work but you need extremely good presentation that is “close the god damn deal”. Malaysia is a very safe country with very safe work that won’t lead an impact towards the publicity. Maybe Malaysia is not up to the standard yet and also the govt plays a very big role on handling you a license to go, unfortunately most of it doesn’t seems to go well. Loan shark advertisement is still the best. No license and you can see everywhere.
