What are you hoping to experience at Portfolio Night?

“I hope that I will meet a fresh creative generation, making me feel that I will pass on my experience to good hands.”

What’s the first thing a junior needs to know about working at your agency?

“First of all he or she should love what he or she does, then I am sure that everybody else will love his or her work too.”

How do you feel about non-advertising expressions of creativity in a portfolio? For example, photography or poetry?

“In my opinion it is advantageous if somebody has creative expressions that shows his or her love for art and creativity. I cannot imagine a creative that does not like photography, for example. I cannot imagine a runner who does not like to run.”

A top-notch portfolio is crucial, but how much does personality count towards making a hire?

“I believe that the first thing for great cooperation is good chemistry between colleagues. Personality plays a role, simply because you cannot cooperate with someone who does not mesh with your ideas. Working as a team makes it easier to accomplish goals!”
